These are all practices that our bodies remember as archaic memories of sharing in community or village. <\/p><p>My problem is no longer just my problem, a reflection of Western culture that pushes for individualism and competitiveness, creating a deep sense of loneliness and distrust, but we a\ufb03da to the power of the circle, to community in the broad sense of the word, to the interconnectedness and resonance of the conscious field.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4b56b8 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d4b56b8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d955a4d elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d955a4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>By integrating body-based trauma resolution to systemic representation, we can access and work on deep memories recorded at the level of the autonomic nervous system, allowing the physical body to discharge large masses of nerve energy, frozen in the body.<\/p><p>All this immediately gives a great sense of inner stillness and fullness, awakening parts of the body and sensations that are essential to the perception of Life itself and the consequent transmission of it.<\/p><p>In this context, in the moment of integration, music is often used as a resource; where the mind binds, sound dissolves in depth creating a cellular memory of the resolving experience.
