The natural man and woman

Never before has the human community been faced with a choice: to live or to survive. The author, bringing her personal life experience and that of a therapist through her work with Alchemical Constellations and the resolution of body-based traumas, expresses an accurate analysis on the aspects that have separated the human being from his body and natural consciousness, creating a deep dichotomy between the soul and the animal instinct.

The book is also meant to be a tool to stimulate an individual path of inner opening. Reading it carefully, the reader will not fail to resonate with issues deeply rooted and sedimented within each of us, encouraging the emergence and subsequent awareness.

Man or woman, everyone will find in these pages just those ideas that are waiting to be brought to light, to contribute to the realization of that inner harmony between male and female that, after all, is the goal of any evolutionary alchemy.

“Man, let in your heart return
the flame of courage,
The valor and dignity of your inner sword,
Let go of the armor and let yourself be touched
By the
emotions of your partner.
You too can flow, you can simply be.
Don’t worry, you won’t die.
From this you take strength and give strength,
You, man, know the direction;
She, your woman, will accompany you,
Teaching you the right time.”

The prefabricated girl
“What pain to watch you child, To
observe the compromise of your feminine being.
To see the package that was put on you
And that you could not exempt yourself from wearing it, on pain of exclusion.
And, under that package, a scream of the soul finds no outlet.
It pushes with an unprecedented violence, on the walls of your heart, in the
expansion of your lungs,
in your contracted muscles in a smile worthy of a magazine.
But for those who want to see you and recognize the emptiness and the pretence that is there, you feel embarrassed, Because you don’t want to be seen.
You don’t want to be seen that part that you exclude for survival,
Excluded because judged by adults.
The Natural and Wild Child has been excluded.
The Natural and Wild Child is dead.”
