Express Yourself
Training proposal aimed at exploring the relationship between body and emotions in the
work context. It will observe how often the idea of “good child” continues to be nurtured in the relationship with colleagues, owners/managers and cllients in the constant reflection of the experience with one’s family of origin.
Course Program
As a result of my work experience of more than 20 years in banking, insurance and finance within a local credit institution and my current experience as a trainer in body-release systemic representations, I have developed the intent to offer this type of training aimed at improving the relationship with the body and one’s emotions in various work dynamics.
The proposed method focuses on the resolution of body-release trauma and in particular delves into how much personal emotional experience conditions the daily manifestation of one’s abilities and skills. Even in working life, events occur from which emotions originate that by their intensity fail to be fully processed, representing a “too much” for our nervous system.
Through practical exercises I accompany students to become increasingly aware of what and how much the body tries to communicate. By listening to the body, in fact, they will experience how certain emotional blocks do not allow full expression.
This will give the opportunity to discover how existence is conditioned by one’s family system, with inherited emotional unresolvedness and by social, educational rules that have been been habitually imposed.
As they experience this more and more, they will observe how often they continue to nurture the idea of the “good child” in their relationship with colleagues, owners/managers and clients in constant reflection of their experience with their family of origin.
